This package is designed for teams who regularly face challenging conversations in their work, including giving and receiving feedback, standing your ground with creative ideas and ensuring your voice is heard in challenging situations where loud voices dominate.

Working in a group, you’ll establish a common language and set of skills to navigate the trickiest of workplace conversations in an empathy led, non judgemental manner, allowing you and your team to express themselves at ease, with clarity and authority where it matters.

Throughout the course of this programme, we will

  • Identify the different categories of challenging conversations in your role and triage them into preparation styles

  • Develop an empathy led approach to prepare for challenging conversations

  • Develop a clear, neutral language to both give, and receive, clear, direct feedback

  • Learn strategies for coping in the moment, maintaining. presence, remaining grounded and communicating your point effectively

  • Learn and implement a new vocabulary and set of skills, including techniques including

    • Observations VS Evaluations

    • Feelings VS thoughts

    • Needs VS strategies

    • Requests VS demands

    • SMART language

    • Non Violent Communication

  • Practise and rehearse in a safe space

  • Materials, workbooks and integration coaching to embed into your role

This programme can be delivered online or as part of an on-site workshop for your team.
